How can I report a product or notify you about incorrect information?

We've prepared a convenient system for both sides. Simply navigate to the product page and locate the Status & User Actions block in the sidebar.

To submit a request regarding the product, click Send Request. To file a report, click the RED button. A form will appear where you can select a specific reason, fill in the details and submit it. Easy as that.

We currently support 3 types of user requests and 3 types of reports for a specific product.

Requests:

  • Product Verification

  • Trust Score Update

  • Information Update

Reports:

  • Scam Report

  • Detection Report

  • Downtime Report
